N/B: Account Deletion is a Critical Action, we need to confirm you are really the one trying to delete your account.
If you wish to delete your account, it’s a straightforward process, follow the steps below:
- Send an Email:
- Compose an email to [[email protected]].
- Subject:
- Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
- Include Your Details:
- In the email body, provide your full name, the email address linked to your account, and optionally, a brief reason for the deletion.
- Send:
- Hit “Send.”
What Happens Next:
- We’ll confirm the receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- After verifying your details, we’ll process the deletion.
- You’ll get an email confirming the successful account deletion.
Important Notes:
- Ensure you use the email associated with your Middey account.
- Deleting your account is permanent.
- If you re-login to your account within the 48 hours, we will suspend the account deletion for further confirmations.’
- For data shared with our providers and third party, we might not have access to delete off such data and as a result such data might still persist after account closure on our network e.g Hosting data, CDN Networks, Partner Financial Providers etc
- We might be required by law to keep aside some data for legal and regulatory reasons.
