If you wish to delete your account, it’s a straightforward process, follow the steps below:

  1. Send an Email:
  2. Subject:
    • Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
  3. Include Your Details:
    • In the email body, provide your full name, the email address linked to your account, and optionally, a brief reason for the deletion.
  4. Send:
    • Hit “Send.”

What Happens Next:

  • We’ll confirm the receipt of your request within 48 hours.
  • After verifying your details, we’ll process the deletion.
  • You’ll get an email confirming the successful account deletion.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure you use the email associated with your Middey account.
  • Deleting your account is permanent.
  • If you re-login to your account within the 48 hours, we will suspend the account deletion for further confirmations.’
  • For data shared with our providers and third party, we might not have access to delete off such data and as a result such data might still persist after account closure on our network e.g Hosting data, CDN Networks, Partner Financial Providers etc
  • We might be required by law to keep aside some data for legal and regulatory reasons.
